The best way to contact me is by filling out the form on this website.  Alternatively you can choose to contact me by email or telephone.  I prefer you fill out the form first so that I have an understanding of your needs before I speak to you.

Once that's done, we'll connect and have a brief discussion about your project.  At this point, I'll ask you to answer some further questions so that I can pinpoint your exact needs.  Usually I'll send you a question form to fill out at your leisure..

I do ask a lot of questions but I also get the first draft "just right" 99% of the time – your answers help me do this for you. 

Once we both fully understand the project, I'll get to work.  I'll roll up my sleeves, dig in and won't stop till we're both fully satisfied. 

Here's just quick overview of the process: 

I research your target market fully (I exhaust this area until I become your target prospect – it's a bit like acting, I love it).

Select important psychological triggers to add to your copy.  These triggers will impact the emotions of your target prospect – the same one trigger can have a totally different effect unless targeted at the right person.

I write to connect with your target prospects on a deep level and subtly answer any objections they have.  This ensures that by the time your reader gets to the ever important call to action they're primed and ready to do just that.  More importantly, they won't second guess their decision after the fact… which means more sales and less refunds overall.  

I write until I'm 110% happy with the first draft.  I'll send that over to you and you'll be over the moon too – if you're not, I'll get back to work until you are…. Because we'll have strong communication from the start it shouldn't get to this point, if we do, something's gone wrong in the process and I'll rectify it.
